One black and white photograph of the dipper dredge, [M.] Sullivan. The dredge, owned by the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company, can be seen near the lower right side of the photo and is working on the construction of the Pinney Dock - New Slip #1 in Ashtabula, Ohio. At the left side of the photo, a clamshell bucket crane is working on a fill area. Rip rap breakwaters can be seen in the far background and the aft section of a ship is visible at the far right side of the photo.
