One black and white photograph of the dipper dredge, [M.] SULLIVAN. The dredge, owned by the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company, can be seen near the center of the photo and is working on the construction of the Pinney Dock - New Slip #1 in Ashtabula, Ohio. A tugboat is moored at the port quarter of the dredge. At the left side of the photo, a clamshell bucket crane is working on a fill area. A construction office trailer and parked cars can be seen in the foreground. Long rip rap breakwaters are faintly visible in the far background.
