Stove
Stove. Small iron wood heating stove used in a ship's cabin. Rectangular with two holes in top for stovepipe and fuel. Elaborate wreath-like floral designs on all sides; small hinged door in front; stamped on top "W & J Treadwell, Perry & Norton, Albany, Orion 14." Recovered from wreck of the schooner ALVIN CLARK, which foundered in Lake Michigan in 1864.
