The barge is moored along the Belle Isle shoreline adjacent to picnic shelter #9 (just upstream of the Dossin Great Lakes Museum) and is using a pile driver to install a new seawall. A sidewalk and lawn area are visible in the foreground with the Detroit River and Windsor shoreline visible in the far background. The picnic shelter can be seen in the right background.
