The barge is moored along the Belle Isle shoreline adjacent to picnic shelter #9 (just upstream of the Dossin Great Lakes Museum) and is using a pile driver to install a new seawall. The crane, a workman, and protective fencing are visible in the foreground. One of the spud piles on the barge can be seen at the far right side of the photo. The Detroit River and Windsor shoreline are visible in the background.
