Color 35mm slide containing a photographic image of the Goodyear Blimp above Hart Plaza during the 1983 Detroit Grand Prix as taken from the roof of the Veterans Memorial Building. Tents, booths, and crowds are in Hart Plaza below. Portions of the race course are visible on Jefferson Avenue and Larned Street. Isamu Noguchi's sculpture, Pylon stands just left of the center of the frame. Portions of the Renaissance Center, Ford Auditorium, and the City-County Building are also in view.

The slide has a Kodachrome frame, stamped with "Jun 83F2," along with the slide number "2."
