The image shows of two arcs of water from firefighters' hoses spraying a fire at night. A red and orange cloud of smoke rises against the dark night sky. Below, silhouettes of a chain link fence and several buildings are visible amid the flames.
The slide is housed in a Kodachrome cardboard mount, stamped with "JUN 67F9." "John Olsen, 414 Champine Pl. Grosse Pointe 36 Mich." is handwritten on the mount.
