The slide is housed in a Kodachrome cardboard mount, stamped with "JUN 67F9." "#11" is handwritten on the verso of the mount, and "6, John Olsen, 414 Champine Place, Grosse Pointe Mich. 48236, #4, (Return)" is handwritten on the recto.
