Windmill Print

Color photograph of Robert Hopkin's painting "windmill print" from the Detroit Historical Museum exhibit "An Artist Views Detroit - Robert Hopkin." The painting is of a run-down stone windmill, with the wooden blades partially deteriorated. A small canoe-like boat filled with people approaches the shore where the windmill sits. The clouds are very dark and in the foreground fading into white clouds in the background. Painting has red curtains draped on either side. The tops of a row of chairs can be seen in front of the painting at the bottom.

At this time the painting owned by Glenn Cutler. It has since been donated to the Prismatic Club of Detroit.
