Print, Photographic

Black and white print and proof depicting a worker positioning a log beneath the hydroplane MISS PEPSI, as it is being positioned within the Miss Pepsi Pavilion at the Dossin Great Lakes Museum. Henry D. Brown poses with two women and a man on other outside of the pavilion's window, as Ernest Dossin looks on behind them in the background. Sidonie Dossin stands to the right of Brown. A portion of the winch used to drag the boat into the pavilion is visible in the lower left corner. "M-924-9," is handwritten, and "Dept. Report & Info. Comm." is stamped on the verso of the print and "Sept. 19 1963," is stamped on the verso of the proof sheet. The proof is uncropped, showing a wider view on all sides of the frame, including Josephine Dossin standing beside Sidonie and several other people in the background, as well as more of the winch.
