Museum Director, Mr. Henry Brown, stands behind the podium and is speaking to the seated audience. The plaque is affixed to the wall, slightly visible, right of Mr. Brown, and covered by a drape. Hand-written on the verso, "Anthony Wayne Plaque Dedication, May 1967."
