Dignitaries and community leaders are seated atop a stage which is adorned in patriotic bunting, and affixed with signage which reads, "Detroit-Windsor International Freedom Festival." Standing at the microphone is museum director, Mr. Harry Brown. Those seated behind him include Mr. Parker and Mr. George Stark.
