The tugboat and its crew are assisting in the construction of aerial power lines across the Detroit River which will form an interconnection between the Delray electric power plant in Detroit and the Ontario Hydro J. C. Keith Generating Station in Windsor, Ontario. A spectator vessel can be seen in the right center area of the photo. A lake freighter and a Bob-Lo Island excursion boat can be seen on the river in the background.
