The boys wear Boy Scout uniforms, some with jackets and hats, and walk along the sidewalk. The boy in the front right is turned backward, reaching toward the boy behind him. Palmer Park is visible across the street in the background. A motel sign is visible over the sidewalk, further north on the east side of Woodward. The label on the verso also identifies the photographer as Philip Pauley, member of a camera club called Silhouette.
