Scott and brother Brian, 5, are sons of Jim Gilan, executive director of the Blue Water Mental Health and Child Guidance Clinic in Port Huron, principal beneficiary of the event. Raffle/entry tickets for prizes including a new Plymouth Sundance and thousands of dollars in cash, can be purchased at any Chuck Muer restaurant in Michigan or from the Blue Water Clinic.
