Listed on the directory are Paul Ross, Quickline, Fabriquick, Tu Way Products, Whiting warehouse, Triad Plastics, Triad Container, Hardware Supply, Eidelman Brothers, Eastern Michigan Distribution, Super Toys, Century Detroit, Mechanical Nailing, Rotor Electric, and Defense Contract. A typewritten caption was previous taped to the verso:

Packard's old Administration Building puts up a brave front to passers-by on Detroit's Grand Boulevard. As the sign indicates, the Packard Properties now house a variety of small business firms and a government agency.
