William Spitz and Sons, Allied Wholesale Distributors occupy the corner of the building. The McNaughton-McKay Electrical Company is located next door. Cass Avenue is visible further west on Woodbridge. The corner of the W. Right Paper and Supply Company on the southwest corner of Wayne and Woodbridge can be seen on the left edge of the frame. Three trucks are parked along Woodbridge. Snow covers the sidewalks. "Showing full block. Par 8-9-10-11-13-14. N. S. Woodbridge bet. Wayne & Cass," is handwritten in ink around the border on the recto. "C. 1950," is handwritten in pencil on the verso.
