Mr. Kennedy has just returned from his visit to the Far East where he held discussions with the leaders of Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. En route to the United States, Mr. Kennedy confurred with Prime Minister Sir Alec Douglas--Home and Foreign Secretary R.A. Butler in the United Kingdom
