Much of this section of Elmwood Park is empty, although several housing developments are standing. In the foreground is the Sidney D. Miller Middle School and Silvercup Bakery at the corner of Vernor Highway and Chene Street. The Grand Trunk Western Railroad Dequindre Cut line, the Detroit River, the riverfront, and Windsor are in the background.
