Lodge Freeway facing southeast toward the Detroit River. Michigan Avenue, the Detroit Edison General Office Building, the Michigan Bell Building, the Executive Plaza Building, Cobo Hall and Arena, and the Penobscot Building are all in view. "City of Detroit, Report & Information, 72101, Photographic," was stamped on the verso of the proof sheet, however the final digit was hand-corrected to "2."
