Print. Black and white copy of a photographic print depicting Campus Martius, as viewed from its east side, facing west. A streetlight topped with two fixtures is at the right in the foreground. The Michigan Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, City Hall, the Dime Building, and the Majestic Building are in view as well. Scaffolding is suspended around the top of the Dime Building. Pedestrians, and electric streetcars travel through the square. "Woodward at Michigan 1914" is handwritten on the verso, although continuing construction of the Dime Building suggests this was taken in 1912.
