Print, Photographic

Black and white photographic print mounted on fabric depicting a compressor and pressure tanks at the Champion Spark Plug Co.
Caption reads: Photograph 7
Pressure Tanks and Compressor Room. The previously ground body suspended in water, and about the consistency of cream, is placed in the tanks and then forced from them over into the filter presses shown in the next photograph. Compressed air is used to force the slip over instead of plunger pumps, as this produces a much better clay.
