Three sepia-toned photographs of a 4-story apartment building and adjacent neighborhood. (They were part of a property appraisal/survey report. See 1984.046.037.) The building was located on the north side of Caniff Avenue between Klinger and Moran Streets in Hamtramck, Michigan. The photos are described as follows:
a. This photo image looks northeastward across Caniff Avenue and shows a front corner view of the 4-story brick/stone apartment building. A bicyclist and parked cars can be seen on Caniff Avenue in the foreground with the building visible in the background. Handwritten text on the lower edge of the photo reads "Front View."
b. This photo image looks southeastward along Caniff Avenue and shows car/truck traffic on Caniff in the left and center foreground. Various 1-story and 2-story commercial buildings can be seen along the south side of Caniff in the center background and right foreground. Handwritten text on the lower edge of the photo reads "Opposite side of St."
c. This photo image looks eastward along the north side of Caniff Avenue and shows a view across the front of the apartment building. The building corner, a sidewalk, and parked cars on Caniff can be seen in the left foreground. A pedestrian, moving cars, and various buildings can be seen in the right background. Handwritten text on the right edge of the photo reads "St. view."
