Also, larger signage featured in the left foreground reads, "Sale Highlights! Fall Footwear by Popular Makers, Anniversary Priced, Seventh Floor, Farmer." Signage affixed to the foreground of the window display reads, "*1881* The J.L. Hudson Company's Sixtieth Jubilee Year *1941*" The photographic sequence number, and the photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "18500-2x; Davis B. Hillmer."
