Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display which features ladies handbags and accessories available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. A female mannequin, dressed in a fur coat and calf-length dress is seated upon a metal sleigh and is surrounded by varying styles, colors, and types of ladies handbags; many of which are displayed on and around the sleigh, and some are suspended by wire from the ceiling. Ladies gloves are also displayed amongst the handbags. Signage in the foreground reads, "It's Christmas Time at Hudson's… the store with the wonderful things; Exquisitely - fashioned, Accessory Gifts, for a lovely lady, impeccably detailed for the ultimate in fashion, Handbags… Gloves, First Floor, Woodward, Section E."
