Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display which features ladies fashions available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins are featured standing on a bed of sand, and sand grass in the divided window display; the mannequins appear to be wind-blown. Featured on the left mannequin is a knee-length long sleeve dress with a ruffled hem, with a contrasting belt, cuffs and collar. The right mannequin is dressed in a scoop neck top, with long sleeves, and a long skirt. Contrasting panels with fringe accent the dress; a beaded necklace hangs from her neck. Signage in the central foreground reads, "A Breeze of the Lush and Langownous… Hudson's Woodward Shops, 7th Floor." The company name and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer." The date is hand-written on the verso, "Oct. 7, 1969."
