Print. Black and white photographic print of an interior display which features the latest available ladies fashions at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. A female mannequin standing atop an elevated display is dressed in a long sleeve knee-length dress, with a seamed and lightly rushed bodice. The mannequin is accessorized with gloves, a broach and footwear; different styles of accessories are visible in the bottom left corner of the display, as well as available at the counter below. A large banner embellished with a smiling sun hangs in the background. Accompanying the mannequin is potted foliage. Signage affixed to the lattice work reads, "The light look for summer '66, Paled and Pretty, new color combine… whitened and softened in carefree Celanese Acetate on our fashion floors."
