Print. Black and white photographic print of an interior display featuring ladies wool outerwear available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Three female mannequins are featured on an elevated platform and display differing styles of ladies jackets including a tweed knee-length jacket, with three-quarter length sleeves and matching scarf, as well as a hip-length jacket with front button closure, and pocket detailing; also featured on the far left side of the display is a short coat with Peter Pan style collar, three-quarter length sleeves, button closure, and notched sides. The ladies are accessorized with footwear, scarves, hats, gloves, and handbags. Signage affixed to the rear of the display features a globe with affixed balls of yarn, and reads, "Discover the New World of Wool." Also, signage in the central foreground reads, "Discover, the wonderful new world of wool, here, the backbones of a marvelously chic wardrobe designed in the finest wools, the most flattering colors, The Woodward Shops."
