Print. (2 Copies.) Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring ladies fashions available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins are featured in the latest daytime fashions, the similar styled calf-length dresses include belted waists, three-quarter length cuffed sleeves, and large white collars. The ladies are accessorized with hats, jewelry, handbags, and footwear. An enlarged cover of 'Vogue' magazine is affixed to the ornamental gate in the center of the display, the magazine cover reads, "VOGUE Americana Number 1951, U.S.A. Heartbeat, February 1, 1951." Signage in the central foreground reads, "For Spring… Hudson's and Vogue Summarize, The Changing Look, Trends that pace the evolution of American Fashion, The Big White Collar, Green Room in the Woodward Shops… Seventh Floor."
