Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring ladies vacation wears available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins are featured and dressed in lightly colored fashions; the left mannequin features a button down calf-length dress, with belt and short sleeves, and the right mannequin is featured in a two-piece outfit with calf-length skirt, and belted jacket with button detailing. Both of the mannequins are holding gloves in their hands, and are wearing berets. The left mannequin is featured on an ornamented platform, with decorative metal work. Sand is visibly spread below the mannequins. Signage, placed atop the platform in the right corner reads, "Sunburn White, Casual Classics Precisely Tailored, Sun-Seekers Shop - Fifth Floor, Woodward." The date, photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "1-3-47; 22722-2x; Davis B. Hillmer."
