Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display which features ladies casual tweed fashions available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins stand on the left and right sides of the display each adorned in a knee-length skirt, blaze, headwear, handbag and gloves. The suits are featured in a solid color, and checked pattern. Signage draped through the center of the display reads, "London, Davidow, New York." Signage also noted in the left-central foreground reads, "Distinguished Tweeds by Davidow, Beautiful Suits Superbly Tailored to Wear with Confidence - Portrayed in Magnificent Woolens and Unusual Color… Gown Shop, Sixth Floor, Woodward." The photographic sequence number and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "18762-3x; Davis B. Hillmer."
