Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring the latest in ladies spring fashions, available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins stand on the left and right sides of the window and each is dressed in a knee-length skirt, blouse, and three-quarter length sleeve jacket. The jacket and skirt on the left features zigzag details, while the right jacket is adorned with three horizontal embellishments on the front. Each of the mannequins also features ladies accessories including footwear, gloves, and headwear. A handbag is visible atop the fluted column behind the left mannequin. Signage affixed to the rear of the display is depicted by four birds carrying the banners, and reads, "Spring Fashion News, Look Pretty, Please! In Navy with feminine details." Also, signage in the central foreground reads, "Navy Is Fashion News When Combined with White and New Color, Better Dress Shop, Sixth Floor, Woodward, Window 26."
