Print. Black and white photographic print of an elevated interior view of the Auditorium ornamented for the up-coming holidays at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. The upper perimeter of the auditorium features a neighborhood scene with a three dimensional circus characters which include elephants, caged animals, a marching band, giraffes, and camels, strolling in front of the homes. Kiosks laid out on the floor of the auditorium feature many types of children's toys including board games, tea sets, and a wide array of musical instruments. The photographic sequence number, date, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "18721-2x; 11-12-42; Davis B. Hillmer."
