An array of toys are visible throughout the department; visible in the right foreground are differing styles of highchairs for baby dolls, as well as carriages. The display case in the left foreground features doll houses and accompanying accessories including bedroom sets and dining room tables. The pilasters are ornamented for Christmas and featured snow-covered village scenes. The date, photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "11-12-42; 18721-x; Davis B. Hillmer."
