The workmen are identified as follows (left to right, back row): Russ Muenier and Frank Teiper; (left to right, front row): H. Garth, G. Trott, F. May. Handwritten text with the photo indicated that it was taken in April, 1945, and that this was the first diesel locomotive made by the Baldwin Locomotive Works.
