One sepia-toned photograph (and one 11" x 14" black and white copy) of students at Children's House, an art center for children in Detroit. The photograph shows two young girls who are standing in front of easels and working on watercolor paintings. The girl in the foreground is painting an image of two girls standing under a tree. The girl in the background is painting an image of Jesus on the cross. Metal paint trays can be seen on the easel shelves beneath the paintings. Handwritten text in pencil on the verso of the copy states, "Children's House 5 yr. old and 7 year old painting."
