Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring Libbey Tumblers sold at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. A female mannequin, dressed in daywear, and apron, appears to have dropped her tray of tumbler glassware. Rows of tumblers are displayed in the background and throughout the display. On the left side of the window is an enlarged copy of the September 17, 1945, cover of Time Magazine, which features a young girl who has knocked over her glass. Signage affixed to the rear of the display reads, "Libbey Tumblers, Extra Strong and SHOCK Resistant." Signage in the central foreground of the window reads, "Its Christmas Time at Hudson's, Libbey, Tumblers, Heat Treated for Extra Strength." The photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "22244-x; Davis B. Hillmer."
