One framed black and white photograph of William E. Chapman, who was the president of the Chapman Wrecking Company of New York. The photo shows a head and shoulders image of the subject who is wearing a gray suit coat and vest with a dark-colored tie and a white shirt. Handwritten black text beneath the photo reads "William Chapman." The photo has a white matte border and is mounted in a decorative black wood frame that has an unpainted (natural wood) inner edge along with protective glass. An adhesive label on the verso indicates that the framing was done by "Hudson's" in 1969.
