One framed black and white photograph of a painting of civil engineer, William Smith Otis. The photo shows a head and upper torso image of the subject who is wearing a dark-colored coat and cravat with a white shirt and is holding a paper with his left hand. Handwritten black text beneath the photo reads "William Otis." Embossed text at the lower right corner reads "The William F. Gable Co., Altoona, PA." The photo has a white matte border and is mounted in a decorative black wood frame that has an unpainted (natural wood) inner edge along with protective glass. An adhesive label on the verso indicates that the framing was done by "Hudson's" in 1969.
