One sepia-toned photograph of Louis Totzke. The oval-shaped photo is mounted in an embossed light gray matte frame. It shows a head and shoulders image of a young man who is wearing a white shirt, light-colored tie, and a dark suit. He was a Sunday school teacher, choir director, and organist at St. James Parish Lutheran Church, located near the southwest corner of Humboldt and Poplar Streets in Detroit. The name of the photographic studio, "Frey, Woodville - O [Ohio]," is stamped in small brown text near the lower right corner of the frame.
