All of the men are wearing business suits, white shirts, and ties. Four are standing in the background while two kneel in front. The two men in front are holding a bowling ball with "H.M. Champs 41" written on it. Written in red ink at the bottom of the photograph are the names, "Ray Lipp" and "Howard Cousins."
