The floor of the two-level Continuous Annealing & Pickling (CAP) line is shown under construction. Wooden framing lies on the floor. A concrete trench runs to the left of the new concrete floor. Materials, equipment, and debris are stacked to the left of the trench. A level tripod stands at the end of the new section of floor to the right. Workers can be seen in the background assembling wooden frames. At the far end of the building, a truck can be seen in an open overhead door. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 11-19-74 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
