The two-level Continuous Annealing & Pickling (CAP) line is shown under construction. At the right is an open "Commercial Contracting Corporation" tool cart. Behind the tool cart, sets of rollers extend from the lower level to the upper level. The Production Machinery (PM) logo can be seen on the lower level rollers. A staircase extends to the upper level where the furnaces stand. Boxes of firebricks are stacked beside the furnaces. Workers can be seen in the background. On the lower level a Gilson mixer stands in front of the staircase. Bags of grout are stacked on pallets beyond the mixer. An empty wooden spool, more tool carts, and other equipment and materials can be seen in the background. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P.
