Two sets of rollers on elevated concrete platforms can be seen in the background. The blurred images of two workers can be seen at the right. In the background, a set of rollers can be seen on the upper level of the line. A crane arm is visible extending over the line. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 3-11-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
