The upper level shows the furnaces and cooling section of the line. At the far left, the first tank section is just visible. To the far right of the lower level, workers can be seen at a section of power stations. A second section of power stations is visible in the left background. In the left foreground, various tools and equipment are visible including welding tanks, wooden spools of wire, metal drums, pipe sections, and brackets. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 4-25-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
