The photo shows the exit end of the Continuous Annealing & Pickling (CAP) line which is under construction. At the left, is a recoiler with an unfinished jack pit in front. The Production Machinery (PM) logo is visible on the recoiler and a hold down roller. To the right of the recoiler, a man wearing a hardhat and coveralls stands at a control panel. Several spools rest on the floor to his right. At the far right, the upper level of the CAP line is visible. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 5-8-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
