Acid baths, wash tanks, Kolene salt bath, and a series of rollers are visible on the upper level. There is a Production Machinery (PM) logo on one of the rollers. A staircase leads to the upper level. Two tool carts, a work table, several pipes, and other equipment can be seen on the floor in the foreground. Two workmen in hardhats and a crane from "J.J. Curran Crane Co. Inc." can be seen at the far right side of the photo. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 5-8-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
