A staircase leads to the upper level and three men in hardhats are sitting or standing on and near the staircase. To the right of the staircase, a set of rollers can be seen with a control panel. In front of the rollers, several metal plates are stacked on the floor. At the far left, is a Ford pickup truck and a cement mixer trailer are parked. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 6-5-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
