One black and white photograph (and one copy) showing the interior of a warehouse-like building at McLouth Steel Corporation. A thin sheet of steel is passing through the acid baths of the pickling line. Steam can be seen rising out of the tank. One section of the machine has a vent duct exiting at the top that is supported by two vertical columns and a horizontal beam. In the left foreground, a roll of steel can be seen behind a white railing.
