Home appliances featured in the retail display include Maytag and Bendix washers, and differing styles and brands of ranges including those from Kelvinator, and General Electric. The photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "22922-6x; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer." The date is hand-written on the verso, "1947."
